Shipping

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

We offer standard shipping across Canada. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery within Canada takes 3-7 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons and holidays.

International Shipping

We currently ship within Canada only. We are working on expanding our shipping to international destinations soon.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Window

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us at hello@leeshade.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return shipping instructions.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or variant. Contact us to arrange an exchange. The same 14-day window applies.
