Return & Refund Policy

Leeshade is operated by Leeshade LLC, a United States-based business, and ships internationally where available. This Return & Refund Policy applies to all orders placed through Leeshade.com.

At Leeshade, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something is not right with your order, we are happy to review return and refund requests fairly.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • be returned in its original packaging
  • be free from signs of wear, damage, misuse, or alteration

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • earrings
  • personalized or custom-made items
  • gift cards
  • sale or clearance items
  • any item marked as Final Sale
  • items returned used, worn, damaged, or without original packaging

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@leeshade.com.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • a brief description of the issue
  • clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email support@leeshade.com with:

  • your full name
  • your order number
  • the item(s) you would like to return
  • the reason for the return

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Please do not send returns to the address listed on our website unless instructed by our support team. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Leeshade is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

For international returns, customers are also responsible for any applicable return shipping charges, duties, taxes, or carrier fees unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please request a return for the original eligible item and place a new order separately.

Order Cancellations

We may accept cancellation requests within 12 hours of purchase, as long as the order has not already been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process above.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If an order is refused or returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout, any refund issued may be reduced by:

  • original shipping charges
  • return shipping fees
  • any carrier or customs-related charges incurred

International Orders

Leeshade ships internationally where available.

For international orders:

  • delivery times may vary by destination
  • customers are responsible for any local customs duties, taxes, import fees, or related charges
  • these charges are non-refundable unless required by law or caused by our error

If there is an issue with your order, we ask that you contact us first at support@leeshade.com so we can work to resolve it quickly and fairly.
