Return and Refund Policy
We want you to love what you receive. If something is not right, we review every return request fairly.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- Be returned in original packaging.
- Not show signs of damage, wear, misuse, or alteration.
Because our pieces are jewelry and personal-use items, we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, product integrity, and quality assurance reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:
- Earrings
- Customized or personalized items
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
- Any item marked as Final Sale
- Items returned used, damaged, or without original packaging
This final-sale carveout aligns with Shopify guidance for products that should not be return-eligible.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@leeshade.com with:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
If approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, email support@leeshade.com with your:
- Full name
- Order number
- Reason for return
If approved, we will provide return instructions. Items sent back without approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the wrong item was sent or the item arrived damaged/defective. We recommend using tracked shipping, as Leeshade is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged/defective item. Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the eligible item and place a new order.
Order Cancellations
We may accept cancellation requests within 12 hours of purchase if the order has not been processed or shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process above.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, any refund may be reduced by original shipping costs and return fees charged to us.
Chargebacks
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us first at support@leeshade.com so we can resolve it quickly and fairly.
